Hello! Yes I suggest you to cancel the refunds and then try to contact Discord as they told you. They give you the instructions. I am myself having the same issue in this moment. I contacted Discord and showing them I cancel any refund issue with paypal. And I am just waiting for their response. Wish you the best! ... View more

Hey guys! I recently open a charge with Payple since Discord did not wanted to do a refund to me for Discord NItro. According to their policy that they sent in oder to me to read, it said that I need 5 days in between to be able to have a refund. The purchase was made this November 15 and I contacted them inmediately! But since I did not got the refund since the 15, I decided to contact paypal. And they open a case. Due to that, DIscord diseabbled my account. And they ask me to remove the charges. So I did that, I contacted again Paypal so they closed the dispute. But Discord stills don't know about this. They send me the following message in order to recover my account: ''Hello, Your account was banned because our records indicate that one or more chargebacks have been issued through your account associated with your mail. In order to regain access to your account, the card owner will need to contact the payment provider associated with these charges and withdraw all open disputes within 14 days from date of suspension. Once the dispute(s) have been withdrawn, please provide explicit confirmation by attaching a statement or letter from your payment provider indicating that all dispute(s) have been retracted.'' The thing is that I send them a screenshot showing that the case itself has been solved and closed. But they still ask me for a letter. Do you know guys how can I get a letter from paypal sayng that they removed the dispute?? I sent already screenshoots as I have said earlier, but they keep asking for a letter. Any idea?
