Dear all, Since PayPal customer support won't help me, I need your help. I cannot add my bank account to my paypal account, because I get the same error message every time: "This account needs a little help to link it. Contact us and we can help with that, or you can link a different account." I got advised to wait 72 hours and try again from Mozzilla or Internet Explorer without VPN, etc, bla bla bla.
Still the same issue. Any ideas?
