I ended up communicating with UPS as well, confirmed a fake tracking number. I had to get to Live person at PayPal but when I did they reversed the charge. They didn't make it easy though! Thanks for sharing your story.

Kkonn shipment wasnt received and my dispute was denied bc kkonn provided UPS tracking that indicated it was delivered. Kkonn hasn't replied to my emails. Has anyone here been scammed by this company and how do we get PayPal to stop working with scammers?
