The phone number listed for me is old and must be changed to my new number.. I have consulted the advise page upon this issue, but new page encountered offers no such method of adding a new number.. When I try again, the result remains useless.. And I want to talk to a member of PayPal staff but, bizarrely, no method of doing this has yet been conceived in the Help section.. I want to change my phone number, but the method fails..
