Im upset because TWICE with 2 different merchants i used PAY in 4 and each time i was charged TWICE this weekend. Im upset because you can clearly see its a duplicate charge. IT went through fine on PayPals end and then with 2 DIFFERENT merchants , when it went back to merchant it said it didnt go through, so i went in again and of course it went through on paypals end, WHAT gives? Im upset because those DUPLICATE HOLDS resulted in 2 NSF fees at my bank! PLEASE TAKE OFF THAT PENDING HOLD OF $15.19. ONE has posted to my account already, and now you have another pending that has caused my account to go in the negative! PLEASE REMOVE IT or send it to my bank telling them to remove it! NOW IM IN THE NEGATIVE $64 because of TWO duplicate charges. the first one was $21.25 and the second one was $15.19.
