unfortunately, there are only 2 types of support.. the bot reply online, which is typically unhelpful, an phone support, which isn't trained deal with the security software. either way, don't follow their advice to continually perform the same actions over and over. it all doesn't matter if you are using support or not, if you try any action 3 times, the security software will lock you out of all actions except spending on your PHYSICAL cash card an you wont be able to use financial service you've ever linked, to spend online for sites that use paypal as their processor
