Hello! I transferred 1,100 PHP on LANDBANK OF THE PHILIPPINES which has Fee of 50 PHP in total of 1,150 PHP.. but after few days they refunded me only 900 PHP but not 1,100 PHP and they Removed my Bank Account on my Paypal.. Where did my 200 PHP go? It should give me the Refund on the Money I sent but not the fee.. the Refund should be 1,100.. Please help me Resolve this problem
