I changed my country however, it is impossible to transfer my account. All Community recommendations suggest deleting the account and registering a new one in the new country. I tried deleting the account, however, before proceeding PayPal requires you to confirm your identity with your registered phone number. It doesn't provide an alternative means to continue. Of course, I no longer have the phone number. I tried every angle possible to contact PayPal Technical support but met a dead end on every attempt which leads me to believe there is no personal Technical Support. I can't imagine this is a unique problem. However, there are no FAQs covering this topic. Does anyone have a suggestion as to how I might do this? Or if you have advise on how to contact a human at technical support, that would be great also. Thanks!
