I accidently opened a "Unauthorized access" case, which was clearly wrong. I tried to stop the payment after it was very fast clear the page I was ordering from is a scam. But, of course, they payment was already gone through. I could not open a case for "article not received", because it was just some hours since the transaction. I had to wait for the article first. The seller did not offer any tracking, nor did he answer to my emails, which came back as "Delivery incomplete" (The recipient server did not accept our requests to connect). The store front shows the Wayfair logo, but the internet address says "goone shop. The email was service (at) goone.shop. Which doesn't work. Now the case is closed and I cannot open a new, or reopen it. So, I really don't know how to get my money back. And, or course, the article never came.
