Thanks for responding back! Apologies for the inconvenience you've experienced. PayPal continuously focus on enhancing product offerings to help customers take their money further. If you’re referring about PayPal Debit Card, the option for customers to use a linked bank account or card to automatically fund their PayPal debit card transactions has been removed. Currently, with PayPal Debit Mastercard you can be able to utilize funds held in the PayPal balance to fund transactions. If there's no sufficient balance, you can add money from your linked bank/card to fund the payment.
