On my other PayPal account, I can't get on to my account AT ALL. I login, it asks me to enter my full bank account number, so I do that. Then it asks me to set a new password and security questions, so I do that. Then it asks me to choose an email which I still use for the account, so I select my email and click submit. I click submit again. Then it says "Sorry, an error occurred after you clicked the last link." "If you were in the process of buying something, or sending money to family or friends, we recommend you check both your PayPal account and your email inbox for a transaction confirmation after 30 minutes.
