I just want to say first of all I have used paypal for years and have until now nothing bad to say. I ordered something online and it never arrived. I opened a trace with Purolator for the package and they have deemed it as lost or stolen. I opened up a case with paypal and lost. Do I need to contact my bank now to dispute the charges? Thanks
