You did not answer my question. I was assured by the PP representative that all calls would be answered by a live attendant. I am unable to discuss the problem as it was described by the LIVE agent I spoke to, as very unusual and they had never seen this before. Since I cannot call Ebay [ all calls are answered in CHINA ] it would be HELPFUL if PP would honor their promise.

I spoke with Paypal and they said that they removed this issue and it is STILL there. I also cannot speak with a live person even though I was assured that PP was always going to live customer service throughout this whole virus thing. I WANT THIS FIXED. I also want PP to make good on their promise that you would be able to contact them by phone.

spoke with PP last week and assured me that I would be able to continue to get a live person on the phone throughout this whole virus thing as PP employees were just bringing their equipment home. Today they are just saying we're not here. Virtual agent refuses to send me to a live agent. I have a limitation on my account because of an Ebay error and They are gone as well.

Paypal processed a charge from Ebay that I never made. The payment just said that I paid Ebay with no explanation of the charges. When I attempted to dispute it Paypal would not allow. Can't call Ebay and PP is unavailable.
