Some time ago i purchased a phone from samsung online, and as my bank account didn't have enough funds it went into negative and my paypal account also went into negative ( although i thought that paypal here is just an intermediate and as long as it got money from my bank it won't go into negative ). Anyway some time later, i cancelled the purchase and i got a refund in my bank account but PayPal still had negative balance. So when i added more funds in my bank account it resolved that negative balance. So it's like i actually payed for the item and lost money. I'm really confused and i don't know what to do ! Help
