Hello, I can't seem to link bank accounts outside the country my paypal was set up in. It's set up in Canada, and I had initially linked my Canadian bank account. Now I want to link an account in the US and another account in Georgia (the country) but it won't seem to let me. Only Canadian banks appear in the dropdown menu, and -- contrary to what I saw on a Paypal help page -- there is no option to add other banks.
