How do i get the ARN number for the refund? I receive a refund from a merchant but its been 14days now and still didnt receive my money i tried to call my bank but they asked for ARN number. But i dont know how to get it i tried to contact the merchant but they gave me the different number , the provide the referrence number instead of ARN 😞 tried to contact paypal but they are untraceable:(
