The problem is: If you look at the currency rates of this two particular days On the day of the purchase the exchange rate was 1 EUR = 3.89 ILS but i was charged at the rate of - 1 EUR = 4.022 ILS And, on the day of the refund the exchange rate was 1 EUR = 3.78 ILS but i was refunded at the rate of - 1 EUR = 3.6727 ILS It Means only one thing - taking advantage of the situation to times in a row. taking a fee on the day of the purchase and also taking a fee on the day of the refund? seems to me it's only a way of making more money at the customer's expense

Hello By looking at my PayPal activity I have maid 3 purchases on the 20 of June. The first Ryan air limited, the second Aegean Airlines S.A. and the third Discover Car Hire. The exchange rate of all the three purchases was 1 ILS = 0.2486 EUR (1 EUR = 4.022 ILS). On the 2 of July I was fully refunded by Ryan air limited by the same exchange rate of the original purchase 1 ILS = 0.2486 EUR (1 EUR = 4.022 ILS) On the 11 of July I was fully refunded by Discover Car Hire by the same exchange rate of the original purchase 1 ILS = 0.2486 EUR (1 EUR = 4.022 ILS) But, on the 24 of August I was partially refunded by Aegean Airlines S.A. with the sum of 221.14 euro (when the full purchase was the sum of 361.14 euro) by different exchange rate than the original purchase. The original purchase Exchange rate of Aegean Airlines S.A was 1 ILS = 0.2486 EUR (1 EUR = 4.022 ILS) but, the refunded 221.14 euro had the Exchange rate of 1 EUR = 3.6727 ILS. I ask, why do the refund has a different exchange rate than the original purchase which is 1 ILS = 0.2486 EUR (1 EUR = 4.022 ILS)
