@Temp20220322bg If it was a goods and services payment, open a dispute in the Resolution center for item not received. If you sent a friends and family payment, you essentially sent a ‘gift’ payment, no refunds. PayPal won’t help you if you made the error since you are given the opportunity to review payment prior to finalizing it. Unauthorized activity reports are for reporting account breaches, transactions you did not log on to make.
