Hi! I transferred my money into my bank account (debit card) then after some hours, the money that I transferred in my bank (debit card) is gone. I already report to my bank and they said paypal debitted it again in my bank account but when I look here at my paypal account there's no balance. Please help me to fix it. Is there anyway I can contact Customer Support here in paypal? I'm from the Philippines. Please help! I really need that money
