My PayPal account got suspended in November last year for not being over 18 yo when I created it about 10 years ago. My funds were then suspended for 180 days. I was supposed to get an e-mail from them after this time telling me how to withdraw them. E-mail never came, I can't withdraw my funds. I have no way of going to the Resolution Center and resolving the limitations since it tells me I'm permanently banned. How do I go about withdrawing my funds? 180 days have long passed.
