Hi there, I wanted to bring up an issue I'm having with PayPal. I attempted to purchase something online on the 6th of August and was given an email on the 13th of August from PayPal claiming that i can no longer use PayPal. I attempted to follow it up but was met with misdirection or dead ends. Their email chat bot service offered no assistance and only through calling them did i find out that they had frozen my account without explanation. I was told recovery was impossible and that the account would be inaccessible for forever. I asked to delete the account but they refused citing security reasons. No prompt was given to allow me to fix this issue on my own.
