Bought an item online. Shortly after figured it was a scam. Placed a dispute. Seller provided tracking information so Paypal closed my claim. I never received the item. Spoke with USPS and they stated they tracking label was spoofed to appear that the item was delivered in my general vicinity but label was not to my actual address. USPS event stated that I was likely scammed. Tracking was for a letter weighing a few ounces. My item would be in the 10-15 lbs range. Is there anyway to reopen a case that was closed since I have this new information?
