So my son told me that he must have changed his birthday to set it up, which I didn't know. But I do not think that PayPal should even allow anyone to send someone money at all if they don't have all their documents ahead of time to set up their legit account. So it's ridiculous that they let him accept the money yet he's not allowed to retrieve the money or refund it back to me. I've repeatedly asked support and I'm getting nowhere.
