Hi PayPal and PayPal's community ! I have an issue.. I can't transfer any of my balance or withdraw it to card. I even got an bank transfer that says COMPLETED but it's not even on my card. I double checked and my account isn't limited. Can anyone help? (I tried contacting chat support one thousand times but I'm not on the "business hours")
