Hello, Can anyone here please help me with this Ebay issue connected to Paypal? I get a message at 'My Basket' checkout: "PayPal is unable to process your payment at this time. You can try changing the payment method inside of your PayPal account or select a different payment method." I have not encountered this problem until today, but I did have a payment declined for an item from an online seller (non-ebay) which I suspect is causing the problem.
