Hi Siobhan, thank you so much for your reply. Would you be able to point me to the clause in the buyer protection policy that has more information on this? I did some research but was unable to find specifics myself. I am a bit unsure now because I have reached out to two different customer support representatives and explained the situation to them (once over phone and once over live chat).
