Hi Siobhan, thank you so much for your reply. Would you be able to point me to the clause in the buyer protection policy that has more information on this? I did some research but was unable to find specifics myself. I am a bit unsure now because I have reached out to two different customer support representatives and explained the situation to them (once over phone and once over live chat). They both said I was protected and just need to mark the transaction as "Goods and Services". Let me know if you want me to provide a transcript of the conversation. I am purchasing an intangible good from a stranger. The value of the good is $10,000. This is for an account with login info and 2FA. You can think of it not far off from a video game account that I am purchasing. I looked over the website for eligible items for buyer protection, but could not find a full list. I want to know that if this person does not provide the login credentials after I pay them, and I file a dispute, will this purchase be covered?
