I’m 8/21/2020 I received my deposit from the Department of treasury PayPal put the money on hold for 180 days we are going on almost a year now and it says my available balance is there but I cannot transfer funds or do anything because PayPal close my account they said they would email me time and time again I’ve never received any of emails that I receive all the other ones.
