I am sorry to hear that you are having such issues. If you have auto withdrawal enabled you should be receiving your funds as normal. Have you checked with your bank? As you mention your name is the other way around at your bank they may have flagged it for review. I would give your bank a call and ask them to check their unclaimed queue to see if your funds are there.
