I am posting this on the behalf of my parents, They had someone send $1500 into their PayPal account with a credit card. PayPal then closed their account after taking the $1500 and said they would hold it for 6 months! So they then talked with a supervisor at PayPal that said they could have the person refund the $1500 with their credit card company and then they could pay us another way. Well they took the supervisors advice and had the other person refunded with their credit card, but then PayPal pulled $1500 out of my parents bank account putting them -$1400 with the bank! And they even did this after they closed our account! Does anyone know anything we can do about this? Bank is closed today and PayPal is no help.
