I understand how upsetting this can be for you! We start to process your refund as soon as the seller sends the refund to you. When a refund is issued, the money will go back to the original funding source. If you paid with a card, the funds will be reversed to the same card which usually takes 5-7 working days, but it may take up to 30 days depending on your card issuer. If the payment was originally funded from your bank account, we’ll be automatically transfer the refund to your bank account. Once issued, refunds usually take up to 5 working days to complete. I recommend you to wait till the required time frame. You can also reach out to our team through the available contact options at the bottom of PayPal page or message us through Twitter and Facebook pages to get this checked further.
