I have been trying to send this artist $20 for the past month now and have been trying to send the last $3 on one of my cards over to them. I recently also got an unused Visa Debit card that houses $50 and even that won't work. An error I get when attempting to send money to this individual is; " We are sorry, but we could not complete this payment, because it has been denied by the card issuer. Please retry with a different card or funding option to continue with the payment. " What is going on?? Shouldn't this just be cash??? Why is the card issuer (VISA) denying my debit card???
