Made a payment of over £400 to PayPal Credit, my overall outstanding balance reduced by that amount but neither of my 2 transactions have been reduced at all. I’ve never known this to happen. My overall outstanding balance is at £999.99 yet my 2 transactions outstanding balance added together is £1417. Should I be worried and contact PayPal or will it resolve itself? It has been nearly a week.
