I bought an item on Depop and paid with Paypal as a guest. The item I received is counterfeit. I want my money refunded. Depop policy states I must pursue remediation through Paypal if I paid through Paypal. I tried contacting the vendor but have received no response. This was a guest transaction so it is not tied to an email address. I have since created a paypal account and have tried to tie it to this account but there is no function to do this. When I attempt to enter a dispute with Paypal, it asks for account information. I'm going in circles here. How do I resolve this situation?
