My bank is telling me there is a Direct Debit being set up for an account that starts with "FR" and is associated to Paypal SARL account. I've not given my bank details to anyone to set this up, and my PayPal is paid by another means. This doesn't feel like it's legitimate, but can I find out from the "FR" details who this is for?
