Same, attitude from Paypal. Ordered items were delivered not as shown or described yet Paypal try to wash it under the carpet. I would like to know who governs Paypal. Also, long term people will refuse to use Paypal on purchases and so businesses will suffer. Then Paypal will suffer and they will also learn that this manner of business action will not work. ... We disputed goods and have evidence of the poor standard of installation and quality. Paypal stuck up for the customer HOW! they havent even seen the pictures. Nobody should buy from company that uses Paypal because they only have their business intrest and the company called Impact Glazing and Glass in birmingham know this and hide under this protection.
