Hi there I hope you can help me. I need to pay someone today for a purchase around 13,000 EUR. My paypal balance is too low and my bank is too sloe to transfer to my Paypal. My bank account and debit card are linked and verified. Can I transfer to the seller's bank account (or paypal) without using my Paypal balance - and if so, is there a daily limit? thanks in advance James
