yep, you can do it by going to the 'account' on the bottom bar of your gcash app and then selecting 'linked accounts' after going there. there will be a list shown and you just click paypal and enter your paypal email then there will be a few more steps you'll have to follow (logging in to your paypal inside the gcash app, allowing gcash to link with your paypal, etc.) that's pretty much it.
