Been using Paypal for a while now, and never had a situation like this occur to me. I realize I am most likely **bleep** but I figured why not ask. I paid in full for some tattoos an artist designed and bought multiple (discounted rate), however Covid hit and we had to reschedule a couple of times. He was very responsive and professional about it for the first 6months, however they recently opened travel without quarantining in the UK (I live in the US), and I have been messaging him for the last month with no response. He has been posting on his instagram a couple times a week. I know the best way to resolve this is to be patient and maybe hope he replies, I still want the tattoos as well. I have messaged him multiple times now with no response. I was wondering if anyone had a similar experience trying to get their money back after 180 days, I did not send it friends and family. I have screenshots of the previous conversations. The payment was sent a little over a year now, is there anyway I can get my money back if he never responds?
