Hi, I have a refund from merchant and it shows the status of completed. The refund is back to my original payment, which is a credit card. For how long can I see the balance comes back? And one weird thing, I saw yesterday the amount was posted on my credit card account, but today it disappeared and did not posted. That means I haven't got the refund from PayPal to my payment account. Do PayPal hold the fund for how long? Why this could happen even back and forth? Any answer or help? Thank you in advance!
