Hi We create a Donate form for one of our clients who runs a charity. He wants to also send Gift Aid info which would involve: - A checkbox to say Yes to Gift Aid - Title, First Name and Last Name - Address fields I can add these in the HTML, will they be automatically included in any submissions or do I need to do anything else?
