I've booked accomodation for a holiday. Payment due but just seen they want a bank transfer abroad - to Hong Kong for a Thai property. It's thru booking.com and the payment goes via them so think should be ok. They give me option to pay via PayPal & thinking of that on PayPal credit to start. But do I have any buyer protection for holiday accommodation bank transfer if the villa/recipient isn't delivered?
