Hello, I have been trying to send money through my American PayPal account to my Saudi PayPal account and it hasn't worked out at all. I then added the American card to my saudi PayPal account and I still can't transfer the money in it even to someone else. How can I take the money out of the American card and add it to the PayPal balance or transfer it to someone?
