Hello, I made a purchase through Paypal, however the seller wasn't able to send the product on time then he sent me a refund. Paypal processed the refund and then after several days I haven't received anything on my Paypal balance nor on my bank account. I can see this message from Paypal: Refund to cash balance. This is very awkward, I contacted my bank and they aren't blocking any payment. Anyone has experience this? I contacted Paypal about it but no response. Regards.
