Hello, I am located in the Philippines, even my address is set in the Philippines.
1) I have issues with this area, where I can add currencies in my laptop only, but not on my phone. I cannot also change my current primary currency PHP to EURO through my laptop or even phone app. Do I need to contact paypal for the fix?
2) My account is a personal type, with this should I change my account type?
Please help. I wanted to transfer my app earning money here but it just converts from USD to PHP only:(
