Question about a dispute. I ordered a phonecase the cracked and broke within the first week. When I reached out to the seller, they dragged their feet, but eventually said they want me to send the item back before they will refund me. They did say they would also refund me the shipping cost. I'm worried however, because I have to ship to China and if it gets lost I'll have no way to get a refund. I also have no guarantee they'll refund it if/when they receive it. My case closes on the 9th of August and I doubt they'll receive it by then. I know you can't reopen or refile the same dispute. Is there anything I can do if they never refund me.
