We are a small non-profit rebuilding after a year off. PayPal has been placing our transactions. With a few hours on the phone we asked what we need to do to stop the holds, one of the answers is to funnel our non-profit cash flow though a personal account, then no holds, LOL Am I the only one that thinks this type of service from a 'professional' at PayPal is acceptable?
