Hello, I recently filed a claim under the "item not received". Prior to filing, I contacted the seller numerous times about order updates. I kept and attached these in my claim, including "my" tracking number and notice of delivery. If the PayPal resolution center personnel actually looked at and reviewed the buyer's attachments they would've clearly seen, in black and white print, my confirmation order date was 6 DAYS AFTER the start of the tracking number. This alone should be enough, indisputable evidence to refund my account. HOWEVER, PayPal denied my claim saying the seller provided proof of delivery with the tracking number and date of delivery. So BE AWARE, all a seller has to show is any tracking number, from any delivery company, with any date to "prove" the buyer received the order to not be held financially responsible. I'm very disgusted with PayPal and their lack of commitment to the members. I use my PayPal account, instead of my direct bank account, for another level of cyber security and the peace of mind knowing that if my bank account was hacked or my personal information stolen PayPal would stand behind the account holder. Instead they side with the corporations without any direct proof. My trust in PayPal is over and will limit my account usage or switch to another company all together.
