I know Paypal is notorious for long phone hold times, but 3 hours is so extreme I'm wondering if my call might have been "misplaced". Wondering if I'm not actually in the queue. If my call has landed in some basic hold zone, I may never get a response. I'm reluctant to disconnect and try again after hanging on for so long. Is there any way to know if I'm likely to ever have my call answered by a Paypal Customer Service Rep? Any and all suggests, ideas, etc. ya'll care to share will be much appreciated.
