You can get a "secure web pin" and the toll free PP phone number by logging into your PP acct and then navagating the contact us links.   FYI: I've been on hold with PP for hours today.  IF ANY OF YOU ARE ABLE TO REACH AN AGENT TODAY, CAN YOU PLEASE LET ME KNOW?  (Please see my earlier post.)  Then I'll know I can hang up and recall because PP has misrouted my call and I'm not in the queue.     ... Maybe some aspect of that person's PP account status or of the transaction itself caused PP to reverse the payment.  PP probably has security measures in place that send up red flags when certain aspects of a transaction don't match the expected parameters.   Credit card companies do this sort of thing.  That's why it's recommended that card holders call the CC company if they'll be using their card during a trip abroad.  Otherwise, the company might decline the transactions that occur in the foreign country because they know its not where the card holder lives and suspect the credit card has been stolen. ... I know Paypal is notorious for long phone hold times, but 3 hours is so extreme I'm wondering if my call might have been "misplaced".  Wondering if I'm not actually in the queue.  If my call has landed in some basic hold zone, I may never get a response.   I'm reluctant to disconnect and try again after hanging on for so long.  Is there any way to know if I'm likely to ever have my call answered by a Paypal Customer Service Rep?   Any and all suggests, ideas, etc. ya'll care to share will be much appreciated. ...
