Hello everyone, This topic has been questioned to death, so I apologize for adding yet another post regarding account limitations. For the past few days I have been actively trying to get the limitations on my account lifted. After submitting all the requested documents regarding my identity and address, I received a follow up email stating: " In order to complete the reviewal process, please add a bank account in your name to your PayPal account." After many attempts at trying to link my bank account, I am met with the classic error message: "There seems to be a problem with your account, please visit our resolution centre for more information." I'm all out of ideas. Hopefully someone can help me resolve the issue I'm facing. Thanks in advance.
